Vahid Jahangiri

Vahid Jahangiri, a 28-year-old Turkish citizen residing in Ramsar, was killed on January 10, 2026, during a shooting incident involving the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This incident occurred while Jahangiri was driving and encountered a security checkpoint. He did not heed the security forces' order to stop, resulting in his vehicle being fired upon, which led to his death (1).
