Mahmoud Bijani

Mahmoud Bijani was killed on Friday, 9 January 2026, by direct fire from the Islamic Republic's suppressive forces during protests in front of the Shahroud governorate. Sources close to his family say that he was shot three times from the top of the governorate building, in the throat, chest, and abdomen, and after a week, when his family found him in the morgue, they were charged 450 million Tomans to receive his body; 150 million Tomans per bullet.
