Hossein Ajam
Hossein Ajam, 22 years old, a sports science student at Neyshabur University and a resident of Gonabad, was shot and killed by agents during popular protests in front of the Gonabad Governorate building on January 7, 2026. He was only a few weeks away from receiving his bachelor's degree. On the same day, his sister, Negar Ajam, was killed during a protest gathering in Mashhad.
