Zohreh Khaksar

Zohreh Khaksar, a woman recognized as a freedom seeker, passed away on January 9, 2026, at Imam Hussein Hospital in Tehran. Two days prior, on January 6, 2026, she was shot by repressive forces in Tehran with two bullets - one to her thigh and the other to her abdomen (1). Her name and photo had not appeared on any list, leading to calls for the preservation of her memory (1).
