According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, January 8, 2026 (18 Dey 1404), Pouya Rostami, a 23-year-old Kurdish citizen from Kolm village, Badr County, Ilam Province, was killed by direct fire from government forces during popular protests in the city.
