Alireza Ahmadi Turkamani

Alireza Ahmadi Torkamani, 47 years old and father of two children, was shot in the chest with a pellet gun by government forces on January 7, 2026, in the Fardis region of Karaj, and lost his life. This incident occurred around 7:30 PM, after which his body was transferred to Kahrizak (1). Mr. Ahmadi Torkamani, known as a businessman active in Fardis, not only supported his family but also cared for his elderly parents. He was recognized in the community for his good behavior and sense of responsibility. A picture of him next to the grave of Pouya Bakhtiari, one of the victims of the November 2019 protests, shows that he was known as a protester seeking justice for the victims of the freedom movement (1).
