Vahid Hashemi

Vahid Hashemi, 26, an Afghan national, was shot with a live bullet on the evening of January 8, 2026, on Street 202, Tehranpars Square, and died hours later due to severe injuries. The bullet hit his left thigh. He was transferred to Tehranpars Hospital about two hours after the shooting but died due to severe bleeding. His family searched for him for six days and eventually found his body. Vahid Hashemi's body was buried on January 14, 2026, in plot 96 of Behesht Zahra cemetery.
