Kazem Omidi

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, 9 January 2026, Kazem Omidi, a 24-year-old citizen from Eshtehard, Karaj, lost his life due to being directly shot by government forces during popular protests in the region. He was hit by two bullets. Kazem Omidi and one of his friends, Ali Karimi, were targeted by bullets, and both died.
