Hassan Samakush Doroonkolaei

Hasan Samakush, 48 years old and a father, was killed on January 7, 2026, in Babolsar by a direct gunshot from repressive forces during nationwide protests. These protests had begun following the call of Prince Reza Pahlavi. A shotgun bullet struck him near his eye from close range, causing severe brain hemorrhage. He passed away three days later in a coma (1).
