Seyed Mohammad Malekshahian

According to a report by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Seyed Mohammad Malekshahian, a 26-year-old man from Shamabad village in Sabzevar, lost his life on January 8, 2026 (18 Dey 1404 Solar Hijri), during popular protests in the Vakilabad area of Mashhad due to direct firing by government forces. He was initially shot in the leg and then severely beaten, dying from severe bleeding. His body was handed over to his family after eight days and buried under strict security measures.
