The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. The verification scores provided by our AI systems are estimates and should not be taken as absolute truth.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daadaar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the modification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
